The Group's entire activities in Goa, are looked after by Mr. Ramnath Govind Kare, who is the Chairman & Managing Director and has business experience of over 40 years. Besides his business, Mr. Kare has been Past President of Goa Chamber of Commerce & Industry, as well as Goa Small Industries Association. He is currently the President of various Institutions, including Vidya Vikas Mandal, which runs 5 Colleges in Goa.

He was a Member of the Goa Planning Board, Director of Economic Development Corporation and on the Board of State Bank of India Funds Management Ltd. Mumbai. Mr Kare is also a Director of several reputed Public and Private Ltd. Companies.

Mr. Rajesh Jayaraman, is the General Manager - Finance and looks after the Accounts & Finance functions of the Group.

Mr. N. D. Sheldenkar is the General Manager - Materials, and has a vast experience in Material Management with Multinational companies.

Mr. J. D. Patwardhan is the General Manager - Quality Assurance and is looking after Quality Assurance & Product development functions of the Group.

Mr. Dixon Fernandez is the General Manager - Marketing and is looking after Marketing Division of the Group Kare Health Specialities Pvt. Ltd.
